Good manager vs Bad manager

    As we know, the manager is very important in the whole management process. They are responsibles to plan, leading and control the organization. The good manager must be able to communicate effectively with the employees. Communicating is very important to make sure that the objectives and goals success to achieve. 

     The better leader to us follow is our prophet Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. He is the best leader than others. Lets us see what are the qualities that in Muhammad s.a.w that can us follow and practic in our life and management.

PATIENT

FORGIVING

     That are some character that manager must have to control and lead the employees. Then, what is the bad manager? The bad manager is the person that failed to manage the organization and employees. There are some character that we can see.

ARROGANT

UNPATIENT

SPITEFUL

GREEDY

     So, the choice is in our hand whether to become a good manager or bad manager! Our choice will show that who is you to others.

Antara Pemimpin Yang Baik & Jahat

sabda nabi s.a.w dalam hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh imam Muslim dalam sohihnya :

قال الرسول : خيار أئمتكم الذين تحبونهم ويحبونكم ويصلون عليكم وتصلون عليهم  وشرار أئمتكم الذين تبغضونهم ويبغضونكم وتلعنونهم ويلعنونكم …….

Maksudnya : Sebaik-baik pemimpin kamu ialah mereka yang kamu cinta dan mereka mencintaimu, mereka sentiasa menghubungi kamu dan kamu sentiasa menghubungi mereka. Dan sejahat-jahat pemimpin kamu ialah mereka yang kamu benci dan mereka pula membencimu, mereka yang kamu kutuk dan mereka pula mengutuk kamu…..
